AI-generated scores, recommendations (BUY, HOLD, CAUTION, AVOID), entry prices, target prices, and stop-loss levels are algorithmic outputs and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Data displayed on STOLVIQ is sourced from third-party providers including public filings, market data feeds, and AI models. AI reports may be up to 90 days old. Drug pipeline data reflects the last sync from public sources and may not reflect current trial status.

All content, design, software, scores, algorithms, and AI-generated output on STOLVIQ are the intellectual property of STOLVIQ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, resell, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for research purposes is permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STOLVIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

STOLVIQ uses third-party services including Supabase (authentication and database), Google (OAuth login), and AI providers. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
